His expertise soon expanded into the global arena, where he negotiated high-value import and export contracts within the construction supply chain. Throughout his career, Mr. Morgan has founded and led successful enterprises across Mexico, the United States, and the United Kingdom, representing major international projects and forging lasting partnerships. Today, based in Chile, he serves as Founder and Managing Director of Meteor Minerals™. With over 15 years of specialized experience in the research and development of copper and iron mineral production, Mr. Morgan has built strategic alliances across the Chilean mining industry. Under his leadership, Meteor is also pioneering advancements in nanotechnology to drive innovation and growth across its operations.
As the Trustee of METEOR MINERALS™, Brad Connors brings over 30 years of executive management experience to his role, with a distinguished career that includes 10 years as CEO of Cascade Financial in Bend, Oregon. He also held a successful tenure as Director of Sales at AT&T in San Francisco and served as CEO of DSL Networks in San Francisco. His leadership and strategic expertise have consistently driven growth and operational excellence across multiple industries.
Flavio Margarita is a registered securities trader on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and holds an International Capital Markets qualification from the Securities Institute of London. He currently oversees the management of financial instruments, corporate banking structures, and transaction strategies for METEOR MINERALS™’s London operations.
Reynaldo Carrasco Quintana is an International Attorney overseeing business finance, corporate organizational strategy, and board communications for Meteor Minerals. He plays a key role in structuring the company's operations and driving its strategic initiatives.

Jorge Antonio Fracovich Montero holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and brings extensive expertise in the design of processes, technical drawings, mining machinery, mineral processing, and advanced technological systems.
