NOTICE OF RESPONSE TO UNAUTHORISED WEBSITE AND FALSE CLAIMS BY CUPRUM COIN AND MARIO URLIC

This statement is issued in the interest of factual accuracy and to ensure public clarity regarding the ownership, operations, and materials associated with METEOR MINERALS, and specifically to address the unauthorized website https://meteormineralsgroup.com created with ill-intent and a deliberate attempt to tarnish our reputation and good standing.

We are hereby formally disputing a series of false, misleading, and damaging statements made by Mr. Mario Urlic, a Croatian national, on April 7, 2025 after we ended the partnership when amongst others, serious claims came to light and covered by the media that over 500 000 EUROS of investor funds were allegedly stolen by Mr. Mario Urlic therefore METEOR MINERALS did not want to risk its reputation by association and be dragged into his alleged fraudulent activities.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF WEBSITE AND FABRICATED LEGAL THREATS

The website in question was strategically created and operated by Mr. Urlic without the knowledge or consent of METEOR MINERALS or its rightful directors. During its development, Mr. Urlic denied METEOR MINERALS owners access and now uses the platform to further a false narrative, distort facts, and continue a calculated campaign of deception.

Despite Mr. Urlic’s threats to pursue legal action in Chile, we reiterate that the agreements drafted by Mr. Urlic himself clearly state that the United Kingdom and Croatia are the exclusive jurisdictions for dispute resolution. Jurisdiction clauses in commercial contracts are legally binding and enforceable, and any attempt to litigate outside of them — including in Chile — would be procedurally defective and contractually void.

To date, no formal legal notice has been received from NLD Abogados or any other Chilean law firm, and any assertions to the contrary are false and misleading.

FABRICATED OWNERSHIP CLAIMS AND MISUSE OF COMPANY ASSETS

According to the original White Paper and official from 1 May 2024 published by the Cuprum Coin project, Mr. Mario Urlic falsely claimed to be a co-owner of METEOR MINERALS in Chile, the United States, and the United Kingdom. This statement is entirely false and has no basis in fact.

Mr Urlic falsely claimed 50% ownership of METEOR MINERALS, despite having no equity interest or legal authority within the company and misrepresented himself in the UAE. This baseless claim appears to stem from his desire to gain access to METEOR’s valuable underlying assets, especially its scientifically validated Nano Copper Powder production — a resource he sought to exploit in support of his own failing Cuprum Coin initiative.

As can be proven, all jurisdictions where METEOR MINERAL is domiciled, Mr. Fernando Gallardo Morgan is the founder and sole director and/or majority shareholder of METEOR MINERALS. The false claims of ownership were made by Mr. Urlic during key negotiations in the UAE, where Mr. Morgan was deliberately deceived and stranded at an airport without a visa supposedly arranged by Mr. Urlic but instead securing a visa for a scientist from the METEOR MINERALS team, preventing Mr Gallardo’s participation in high level meetings. This ultimately led to the exclusion of METEOR MINERALS and formation of “MATERRA” and “MATERRA LABS FZCO”—both of which were established on the back of METEOR MINERALS’ proprietary documentation and credentials, however, to this date without official and physical address/location contact number for verification and boasting “in-house laboratories” and ”in-house tests and verification”, clearly yet another elaborate attempt to deceive unsuspecting investors.

Mario Urlic’s “new venture” copied METEOR MINERALS’ successful structure and only lays claim to additional metals on the periodic table and the word “sovereign”, loosely used and relies solely on “in-house production and verification” with no publicly disclosed third-party lab testing or certifications, as METEOR MINERALS can proudly display.

FALSE PRODUCT CLAIMS AND TOKEN MISREPRESENTATION

In December 2024, Mr. Urlic publicly announced a limited sale of the Cuprum Coin RWA token (ticker: CUNP). He falsely claimed that the offering was backed by METEOR MINERALS’ validated copper reserves, ISO certifications, and lab analysis. The token was tagged with #BNB to indicate issuance on the Binance Smart Chain (BNB Chain) — not on Binance’s centralized exchange — a distinction that was intentionally obfuscated to mislead prospective investors.

We reiterate that METEOR MINERALS had NO involvement in, and did not authorize, endorse, or benefit from the Cuprum Coin project. NO funds were ever requested from, or received from, Mr. Urlic or Cuprum Coin in relation to this or any other initiative.

Contrary to Mr. Urlic’s narrative, METEOR MINERALS has never claimed direct ownership of mining concessions. Like many advanced materials companies — including those operated and/or promoted by Mr. Urlic — our company forms strategic partnerships with concession holders to facilitate production. This model is standard practice and was openly disclosed from the onset. Mr. Urlic acknowledged this structure himself when he signed an agreement with METEOR MINERALS and publicly lauded the partnership as a “gamechanger.”

METEOR MINERALS was misled for several years into believing that Cuprum Coin was in the process of being properly registered and brought into compliance with applicable cryptocurrency regulations in both Croatia (as warned by The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency – HANFA warning on CUPRUM COIN) and the United Arab Emirates.

Had the true regulatory status of Cuprum Coin been transparently disclosed, METEOR MINERALS would have never associated with or supported the initiative under false legal pretences.

FALSE STATEMENTS ABOUT SCIENTIFIC VALIDITY AND OPERATIONS

We categorically reject Mr. Urlic’s latest efforts to portray METEOR MINERALS’ operational structure as fragmented or unscientific. His assertions, such as claiming recent production was merely “leftover” or that scientific oversight was lacking, are factually incorrect and deliberately misleading.

METEOR MINERALS is built on a robust scientific foundation, with production based on verified nano-scale materials technology — not on outdated mining or speculative resource claims. The company’s ecosystem is driven by laboratory-grade processes, verified third-party documentation, and maintained through transparent, scientific, and custodial protocols.

CUSTODY AND PROTECTION OF COMPANY ASSETS

The underlying assets Mr. Urlic sought to claim are currently securely stored under the protection of a globally recognized custodian, with documented proof of invoice payments and continued coverage for safekeeping. These assets remain under full control of METEOR MINERALS and are not accessible to any external parties, including Mr. Urlic.

This transparency stands in stark contrast to Mr. Urlic’s own public record, registering companies with NO official and/or physical location or contact numbers, nor legally registered with financial authorities  which includes multiple investigations and fraud allegations widely reported in Croatia’s leading national media outlets:

We remind all stakeholders to exercise due diligence when engaging with individuals or ventures led by Mr. Urlic.
